We are aware of our original post regarding MyBB plugins, and just to ensure that people are updated on the matter of this, we have decided to hold of any development until the release on MyBB 1.6. However, in this time, we shall be continuing our work on wordpress plugin development.
We are currently thinking on improvements we can make to Easy Image Share, among which will be options added to the admin menu, such as changing the URL that is specified in the textarea’s and the ability to disable the HTML or BB codes so you can just display which code you want.

So I’m still getting used to using the SVN for uploading plugins to wordpress. Not only have I managed to upload the 1.0 version of Easy Image Share multiple times, but I’ve also managed to upload some of the wrong versions each time too. Still, It’s all experience, and I’m hoping I’ll have a much better grasp of using SVN really soon.

Ever wanted to make it easier for people to share your images around the internet, well with this simple plugin, it’s now got so much easier. Easy Image Share checks your post for any images you have included, and then appends some text areas to the end of your post.

Currently, it provides HTML and BB code. The plugin works instantly from activation, and automatically grabs the image URL if an image exists in the post. Should an image not exist, the plugin won’t affect a post.

This plugin has now been given a quick update. It now changes the URL displayed in the textarea to the current page, and automatically selects the text when you click in the textarea.

Following a recent update, the plugin now has it’s own settings in the admin section, whereby you can choose to disable specific textarea’s if you only wish to display HTML or BB code, but it can also be used to turn off both textareas.
